I was honored to talk to author and columnist Seth Abramsky this week about his new book, “American Carnage”, and the damage Trump II has done, and is doing, to America both at home and abroad.
I’ve known Seth for a long time, and he has always been unflinching in his political writing and reporting, and the world is a better place for it. His new book tells the story of Trump’s evisceration of the federal government, specifically via his hatchetman (or, chainsaw man) Elon Musk and his DOGE minions. He does it through extensive interviews with 11 of the federal workers who were on receiving end of the DOGE cuts.
