Why Paid Membership?

📣 Dear friends: We are all drowning in content options, so I’m grateful to everyone who reads and/or subscribes to my ramblings. We now have 16,500 subscribers (9.5K here and 7K for the LinkedIn version; our media kit) and have big plans in 2026.

We will continue to provide the core Sunday Note free and available as is. But we have turned on the paid subscription option for multiple reasons:

• We can bring you exclusive content, interviews and more.

• This newsletter has been a labor of love since 2018 (one of things I’m proud about: writing then than Elon Musk should stop posting on Twitter and concentrate on his work. Alas, I didn’t know he would end up ruining Twitter and tarnishing the world!)

• So many of you made pledges to support the newsletter if I ever turned on the pay wall (thank you!)

• I will now be able to pay outside contributors and editors (and, maybe, one day, take home a little something myself).

• You get to support work you like (or even dislike — I know some of you disagree strongly with my positions!)

I know not everyone can afford to spend money to support us, but there are other ways to support us:

• Share the newsletter with friends and encourage them to sign up.

• Post it on social media.

• Earn complimentary access to our paid membership by referring friends.
